- Wash hands frequently

  • With soap and water, or use the hand sanitizer, and wash for at least 20 seconds. (kills viruses on your hands.)

- Maintain Social Distancing

  • Maintain at least 6 feet (2 meters) distance between each other. (Reduce the chance to get the viruses if that person has the disease.)

- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth

  • Hands can transfer viruses to eyes, nose and mouth. Then the viruses can easily enter your body.

- Cover coughs and sneezes

  • Droplets spread the virus. Cover your nose and mouth with tissue paper while coughing or sneezing, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands.

- Wear mask or cloth face

  • When in public, wear a cloth face or face mask covering over your nose and mouth. You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick. The cloth face cover is meant to protect other people in case you are infected.

- Clean and disinfect

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

Monitor Your Health Daily

  • Be alert for symptoms. Watch for fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19. Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care
